Notes:		A weaker version of the regular RR Trafalgar Law ROOM (weaker stats, one less socket, weaker special). The heal is not as good as being able to combo with Roar of the Sea Scratchmen Apoo for a full-board orb. Or, worse, a weaker version of F2P Hawk Eyes Mihawk. Now, he does not suck - he is a slasher with decent stats and a healing special. But he can compromise an orb on your captain, and few k of healing is rarely needed, given you usually have more pressing needs. He is pretty much a collectible, not useful or needed for any serious play.
