Notes:		This characters pairs VERY well with Trafalgar Law ROOM for full DEX orbs. However, even with Law, some bosses will change orbs to RCV and [TND] and Apoo can give full orbs by himself with the correct preemptive rounds. As a captain, has some niche uses, from exploding QCK turtles, to some FN and such where you just want to blast through without taking damage. Pretty much replaces Saber Billions Baroque Works.
