Notes:		Just nothing special. Good but not great stats, 3 sockets, captain ability that's too weak to see play outside maybe the occasional rankings requiring low-cost characters, and the special that changes QCK slots to STR - ok, but really, just half as good as what you can get from RR Blamenco the Mallet (and on a much worse CD to boot), and it's not like Blamenco is a top tier unit himself. Even if you don't have Blamenco, Knuckle Ensign Navy HQ would be better for speed runs... Ok, if you are ok with 18 CD, pair him with Kraken Monster of the North for full STR orb board
