Notes:		Cons: Weak stats. Useless as captain. Pros: 3 sockets, easily socketable with the totally useless Iceburg Tom’s Workers that drops from The Legendary Shipbuilding Company Tom's Workers FN. Special is not bad, shuffle is sometimes good, so are two swaps, and a lock. Remember that you can still switch orbs after the lock, and they will be locked in a new way. With more sockets, I think that he is better than Black Cage Hina/Slimmed-Down Wapol, but of course once you get Leo Tontatta Corps Leader he is mostly trash (unless you need a Shooter/Cerebral unit). He is still worth considering for a Sengoku team, if you need a locker, through in my experience this is a rare need. Overall verdict: not bad for 4 stars, good for new players, won't be seen much on advanced end-of-game teams.
