Notes:		His special has better CD than Bohemian Knight Doma's, but his stats and everything else is inferior, and Doma's CD is generally good enough for farming most content quickly - so that makes Blue Striker pretty much useless, i,e. trash. Nearly identical to Rifle Major Navy HQ.
