Notes:		Pairs with Kaku: Six Powers Cipher Pol No. 9 for full-board orbs. Double Capone with 4x recovery does give you decent regeneration, and so he can see some use of new player teams, but of course Eneru, Lightning Incarnate 200,000,000 Volt Amaru is much more reliable. Combines the specials of striker grunts Armed Striker Unit Blue Pirates and Halberd Ensign Navy HQ (their max CD is also 7, not that it usually makes a difference for speed runs, assuming your Capone's special is close to 10).
