Notes:		His stats are not impressive, but his special is ok. He can see use on some Striker/Free Spirit/DEX teams that could benefit from his special. He is unlikely to see much play, however, until we get a Striker/Free Spirit/DEX character like Hyouzou Fish-Man District Spirit or Legend Jimbe that would benefit from his easier perfects cancelling their harder nerf.
