  • A very tanky slasher captain, but outclassed by TM Mihawk.
  • A good conditional booster and paralysis reducer, but his special bind reduction is pointless if your entire crew gets their specials binded.
  • The paralysis reduction from his sailor ability is good for when your opponent paralyzes you for more turns than his special reduces or if an early stage enemy only paralyzes you for 1 turn and you don't or can't use a special.
